Our shipping policy includes free postage for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein with A Post, tracking for free for Switzerland and Liechtenstein at 65CHF.
Our shipping fee for Europe is 6.50CHF with A Post and free from 90CHF.
For our customers outside of Europe, we will try to find a solution.

Refunds and Returns
Your refund and return policy includes a 21-day return period for items that are unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. If approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. If VGBZurich paid for postage, the postage cost will be deducted. Returning is at your own costs.
Damaged, wrong size or wrong sent items must be reported within 3 days for exchange, store credit, or refund. A receipt or proof of purchase and original receipt is required for returns. Your return fees will be reimbursed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and items purchased with a coupon cannot be refunded.
